Purpose of the members’ details
To correspond with the members:
o Newsletters via email and postal addresses
o Notification of events
o Networking: contacting a member informing them another member is trying to make contact
THE SOCIETY’S DATABASE
The database, which is password protected, is located in the chairman’s (Douglas Buchanan) personal computer in his house.
A backup copy (password protected) is stored in Google Drive.
Distribution of data
Data will not be passed onto a third party including:
o Eagle House School
o Wellington College
o Social media platforms
EAGLE HOUSE SCHOOL DIGITAL ARCHIVES
The digital archives are held by SDS Digital Archiving (Privacy Policy) who conform fully to the GDPR.
The hard copy is stored at Eagle House School. On occasions some of the material will be used in school displays and / or projects.
